IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)
1. Registration Deadline: FRIDAY OCTOBER 7th. This can be done either through the mail completing the registration form or online using the link above. The total cost of the trip is $920.00
2. $125 Deposit due at the time of registration. Payable either by check or credit card DIRECTLY to CAPITAL TOURS. No payments go to Wayland MS for the DC trip.
3. Financial Assistance Requests: Submit by Monday October 9th. Complete the Financial Assistance Request Form and drop off at the main office or through your child to their homeroom teacher in a sealed envelope. An 8th grade house leader will follow up with your request.
4. Installment Payment Plan to Capital Tours: After registration and paying the $100 deposit we have established a payment plan for families to pay the remaining balance of the trip as follows:
PAYMENT #1: $274.00 due on November 9th 2015
PAYMENT #2: $273.00 due on January 11 2016
PAYMENT #3: $273.00 due on February 8, 2016
