8th Grade End of the Year Outing

Hi all,
 Below is the information from the permission slip for the end of the year trip to Kimball Farm's. I wanted to have this posted so everybody is aware of the date (Wednesday June 18th AFTER school) and the time for pick up of your child in the evening. (7:30 at the middle school). **Please note that all students should have returned all textbooks and classroom materials prior to this day to their teachers**

8th Grade Student Activity Graduation Outing

We are very excited about our class trip to Kimball Farm in Westford on Wednesday, June 18th from 1:30 – 7:30.  The cost of the trip is $39.00 and it includes the following:

• Transportation to and from Kimball Farm in Westford, MA
• Dinner (a cookout with hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, chips and drinks)
• Unlimited use of the mini-golf course
• Unlimited use of the driving range
• 2 rides on the bumper boats
• Access to the sand volleyball courts and horseshoes
• 1 ice cream cone (of course!)

Please sign and return the permission slip below to your child’s homeroom teacher by Friday, June 6th to attend this fun filled event.  Please pay by check and make it payable to Wayland Middle School.  All supervision will be provided by Wayland Middle School Staff.  To be noted:  We will go rain or shine; however, in case Kimball Farm cancels due to thunderstorms each student will receive a day pass to Kimball Farm.  We will not be able to refund any money seeing that food is being purchased specifically for our event.
