Pucino Family Visit Pictures from Friday May 30th

I just wanted to send along some pictures of the family of Staff Sergeant Matthew Pucino's visit with our current 8th grade class. We had a special ceremony in the theater and then headed outside to officially dedicate a tree with the family in honor of Matthew. A big thank you to the Wayland Middle School PTO for helping fund this event and also to the Wayland family of Mike Kennedy for donating the tree and other supplies for this ceremony as well as digging out the whole in the rocky soil for us in front of the school. Lessons that extend beyond the walls of our classroom cannot happen without cooperation between teachers, students and also the parents!
